Shipping Terms & Conditions
Thank you for shopping with us. Please review our shipping policies carefully before placing your order.
Processing Time
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing unless otherwise stated during peak seasons or weather delays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship via USPS or UPS depending on package size, weight, and destination. Shipping method selection is at our discretion to ensure timely and secure delivery.
We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been transferred to the shipping provider.
International Shipping
We are pleased to offer international shipping; however, international orders are subject to the following terms:
- We strictly comply with all applicable United States laws and regulations regarding customs declarations and export documentation.
- We accurately declare package contents and values as required by U.S. law. We will not alter or falsify customs forms.
- All import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing in your country.
Carrier Selection
We reserve the right to ship international packages via either UPS or USPS at our discretion.
Please note:
- UPS international shipments may incur higher customs brokerage and clearance fees than USPS.
- USPS may transfer delivery to your local postal authority upon arrival in your country.
All importing fees, brokerage charges, duties, taxes, and customs-related expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
Refused or Rejected International Shipments
If a customer rejects a package due to customs fees, duties, taxes, or import regulations:
- Shipping charges will not be refunded.
- If the package is returned to us, the customer will be required to pay new shipping charges if they choose to have the order re-shipped.
- We are not responsible for packages abandoned, destroyed, or seized by customs authorities.
Refunds, if applicable, will exclude all original shipping costs.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- The customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed to USPS or UPS, delivery is under the control of the carrier. We are not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Weather-related disruptions
- Customs clearance delays
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
